REPAIR and SERVICE of your machines
ARBRO Inc is the only authorized repair facility for your warranty work on Premier Supermatic, Supermatic II, and the Excel Machines (We do not repair other machines). Please review the warranty policy below to determine the costs for your repairs. If you are sending in any machine for repairs you may want to take advantage of our Extra Parts Program with free shipping and handling on your extra parts order. We will include these parts with your machine shipment and waive the $5.00 S&H usually charged with a parts order. (The $5.00 S&H you send in with your machine will cover your parts order too) Many of our customers take advantage of this package!
We do NOT ship outside the USA.
MACHINES STILL UNDER WARRANTY
For a machines to be "under warranty" it must have been purchased (new) within the last 1-year from the mailing date. You must have a warranty card on file with your proof of purchase receipt. ARBRO MUST have this information to be authorized by the manufacturer to repair the machine under warranty. Any machine returned for repair, whether under warranty or not, MUST include $5.00 shipping and handling or your repairs will not be performed. Make check or money order payable to ARBRO Inc.
MACHINES OUT OF WARRANTY
If your machine is not under warranty or you cannot provide proof of warranty, we can do out-of-warranty repair for you. The following prices apply for this service:
