These are some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Why am I not working with "Clinton Tube" for repairs and parts anymore? Clinton Tube (CTC) was purchased by another company in 2004 and then closed down. CTC no longer exists. The new company will continue to make and distribute all the products previously produced by CTC. Does ARBRO manufacture the machines? No, we are the contracted repair and parts center. Do all problems fall under the warranty? No, the warranty does not cover improper use or abuse of the machine. Why do I have to pay for shipping and handling when my machine breaks? This is the manufacturer's warranty policy and ARBRO does not get paid for any shipping and handling. Can I get express return delivery for my machine or parts? Yes, but you must call our office for price and billing. If I am buying parts for my machine, what parts do you recommend having extras on? Why am I paying the shipping and handling on parts worth less than a dollar? Regardless of the amount of your bill we still have to pack and ship the package. We recommend that you buy extra parts to get the most value from your order because the shipping and handling fees do not increase. What can I do if my machine jams? Clean out the cutting chamber and try again with less tobacco. Is there something I can do to check my machine before sending it in for repair? Yes, make sure the machine is clean and free of tobacco residue (especially on the cutter). Also be sure all nuts and bolts are tightened. A clean machine always works better! Do you ship outside the USA? NO. We only ship within the USA. We may make exceptions for very large orders on a case by case basis. Interested customers must call our offices and submit their requests. |
